HILL TOP TOES began in November 2004 after a seachange from Hobart Tasmania we moved to Montville and we tried to buy a pair of ladies shoes in town and there was no shoe store and we had to drive to the coast, we saw a demand and we began the business.

The new Mayfield complex in Montville seemed the perfect place. We opened the store (thanks to the help and effort of Ruth and Bill - two very special people), filled it with ladies shoes and matching handbags and then listened to what people wanted.Today we have the complete mix of comfort, style, quality and price.

One of our biggest selling shoes is TSONGA – made in a little village in the Kingdom of Zulu in South Africa. The business has made a village that could have been living in poverty to one of prosperity.
